I started writing in December 2001 after a mammoth LOTG video fest. I watched all 51 episodes(I was missing one, The Creed) over a period of a week. After gorging my eye's on this hugely entertaining romantic adventure ,I felt an urgent need to express myself in one medium or another. I tried to draw, but my hands are too long out of practice and cramped up. So it was back to the computer, and an idea started for a story.
Since then I have written 7 stories to date, and 2 episode follow ups/alternative endings. I posted my stories to the Giants Log yahoo discussion group(thank you Jet), and because of the positive feedback and kind comments,(and much prompting from Kate) decided to attempt a web site to give others the opportunity to enjoy my exploration of the world inspired by this 30 years old series. There are precious few LOTG stories posted on the web, so I feel proud to be able to contribute my little corner to the this fanfiction universe.
